General terms and conditions of sale

Very important! First of all, we will NEVER sell your adress or other infomation to another company or third part. It’s between you and us.  We will NOT spam you with offers, marketing, and other stuff.


Short version of our terms:


  • We deliver in LA, within zip code areas 90001-91899 & 92602-92899 for $25, , Southern California, and Palm Springs $45. (You'lll find the delivery fee in the checkout.) Also pickup in LA free of charge. Smaller item such as jewelry can be shipped all over US for $5. (items are marked in the webshop)


  • Return/Complain. Of course! 10 days returnpolicy (money back). It’s an ecosystem with plants. Let it be and it will take care of it self. Follow the instructions and it will live. If not…it will look sad and gonna need som love.


  • Pay with safe and easy with paypal or paylink by Square in the checkout. Our legal company name in US is EBGroup, so that can show up on reciepts and stuff.

  • Self pick-up at 636 S Burnside Ave, Los Angeles 90036. After payed order you receive an email when its ready to be picked up. (1-4 days) Pickup hours are Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.

Article 1: Definition and Scope

General Terms and Conditions of Sale defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons making a purchase via the Internet site, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer" and, on the other hand, the company moltazdesigndéco, hereinafter referred to as "mdd". The terms defined below will be included in the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale with the following meaning: moltazdesigndéco compositions are vegetable compositions developed, proposed and distributed by the company EBGroup.

Moltazdesigndéco compositions essentially include :

  • a glass container of various shapes and sizes and its lid
  • plant elements in the interior forming a complete ecosystem, landscape or something decorative.
  • a maintenance broschure.

moltazdesigndéco disclaims all liability if the so-called "buyer" deviates from the maintenance conditions specified in the broschur included in the shipment.

Article 2: Application and opposability of the general terms and conditions of sale

The fact of placing an order, implies the full and unreserved adhesion of the buyer to these general conditions of sale. Any contrary condition set by the buyer will therefore, in the absence of express acceptance, be unenforceable against EBGroup regardless of when it may have been brought to his attention. The fact that EBGroup does not avail itself at a given moment of any of the present general conditions of sale cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself of any of the said conditions at a later date. If one or several stipulations of the present general terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain their full force and scope. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change at any time, without notice, by EBGroup.

Article 3: Order taking

The information given by the buyer when taking an order is binding: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's details, mdd cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Orders are final only when they have been confirmed by the payment of the price by the buyer. After dispatch, any modification or cancellation of the order by the buyer cannot be taken into consideration and the price paid will not be refunded, except in the case of withdrawal as provided for in article 7. Product offers are valid within the limits of available stocks. A product that has become unavailable is mentioned as unavailable as soon as it is found in our stocks on the website. In case of stock shortage, mdd will contact the buyer. They will agree together to deliver a product offering identical characteristics in size and quality to the product initially ordered by the buyer or will proceed to the refund if necessary.

Article 4: Product prices

The prices of the products are indicated in American dollars, no tax included. Tax (California 9,5%) will be added in the checkout. The prices of the products are exclusive of delivery costs / transportation. The amount of the delivery costs will be specified on the order form before the validation of the sale. The products are supplied at the price in force at the time the order is placed. The payment of the price is made cash when the order is taken.


Article 5: Total security of payments

EBGroup ensures total security and flexibility of online payments, by credit card or bank card via a secure Square Payment or PayPal account thanks to its payment system entrusted to a service provider specializing in secure payments. EBGroup guarantees the total confidentiality of your banking information, secured by the SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights when you pay by credit card and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality. We never know and never store your credit card information.

Article 6: Delivery

  • Delivery within LA $25, Delivery southern california $45, pickup at Burnside in Miracle Mile LA free of charge. Smaller items, such tiny terrarium, can be sent by Mr Postman for $5.


  • Delivery for pickup and home delivery – 1-4 days If you need it the same day- send us an email and we’ll try to fix that for you!  Self pick-up at 636 S Burnside Ave, Los Angeles 90036. After payed order you receive an email when its ready to be picked up. (1-4 days) Pickup hours are Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. 


  • Delivery LA – 1-4 days If you need it the same day- send us an email and we’ll try to fix that for you! Within zip code areas 90001-91899 & 92602-92899


  • Delivery (Home delivery) Southern California and Palm Springs – 3-7 days.

  • Special designs and large quantities can take up to 3 weeks until delivery. But we'll give you an estimate about how long it will take to build the ecosystems and terrariums.

Delivery is made in Los Angeles, Palm Springs within the time period provided by direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, either in case of absence, by notice of availability or by depositing the package in front of the door of the recipient in a safe place. Moltazdesigndeco can in no case be held responsible for a delay in delivery due to a cause beyond its control, and in particular in the event of bad weather, disaster, strike, force majeure, incomplete or imprecise contact details of the recipient or the customer, absence of the recipient.

6.1 Terms of delivery Delivery is provided by the services of the EBGroup delivery.

6.2 Delivery of your order Delivery times are indicated as accurately as possible. Finally, if the product has not been delivered for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be cancelled and the buyer may obtain a refund of the price, excluding any other compensation or damages. The following are considered as cases of force majeure discharging mdd from its obligation to deliver: war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents, traffic restrictions and the impossibility of being supplied. Moltazdesigndeco will keep the buyer informed in a timely manner of the cases or events listed above. In any case, timely delivery can only take place if the buyer is up to date with his obligations towards moltazdesigndeco.



Article 7: Right of withdrawal

Any return of products must be the subject of a formal agreement between moltazdesindeco and the buyer. The buyer has 10 days to exercise his right of retraction without having to justify his reasons or to pay any penalties, with the exception, if necessary, of the return costs. The aforementioned period shall begin upon receipt of the order. When the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, moltazdesigndeco is obliged to reimburse the purchaser without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which moltazdesigndeco is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. Beyond this period, the sum due shall automatically accrue interest. 

Article 8: Returns and claims

8.1 Commercial warranty

Any repossession accepted by moltazdesigndeco, in the case of an apparent defect or non-conformity of the products delivered, which will be noted by the seller, will enable the buyer to obtain free replacement or the restitution of a credit note to his benefit, to the exclusion of any other indemnity or damages. The product must be returned by the buyer in its original jar/container and within seven (10) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original jar/container perfectly intact. Complaints concerning orders containing delivered plants must be, insofar as they are fresh products, made within two (3) days at the latest from the delivery of the product. Complaints concerning products that are defective must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product at the latest.

Article 9: Respect for your privacy

The personal information that you may have to communicate to us in the context of an order on our website is protected, declared to the CNIL and exclusively reserved for the use of our production staff. In accordance with the US laws " and the ethical principles which result from it, you have the right to access, modify, rectify your personal data. Article 11: Litigation and mediation

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in the person who takes the trouble to explain his situation. The complaints concerning the quality of the plants will have to be formulated near our services within a maximum delay of seven (10) working days after the date of reception of the parcel at the recipient. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall make his claims to the seller's customer service department: moltazdesigndeco, 636 Burnside Ave. APT 102, Los Angeles or In the event of a dispute and prior to taking the matter to court, the buyer has the option of seeking mediation from a person chosen by mutual agreement with moltazdesigndeco, with a view to reaching an amicable solution.

Article 12: Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, with a buyer who is not a merchant, the competent court may be that of the place of residence of the defendant, that of the place of actual delivery of the goods or that of the place of performance of the service. In the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale with a buyer who is a merchant, the competent courts shall be the Courts of Los Angeles.
